Bug Description: A Spitter emerges from the husk of the Young Sentinel (118). This happened today, 6:55 PMish, EST. This was after a Queen died and before a new Queen was made. This means current evolution with no Queen can happen.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be alien.
2. Have queen die.
3. Evolve.

Xenos can still evolve when a queen dies. They just don't get any evo progress.

Yeah, if evolve progress is maxed you can still evolve, and I am pretty sure its intended.

Last I remember you couldn't evolve when Queen was dead, due to still "suffering the setback of the Queen", as per flavor text.

If you were at 250/250 or 500/500 points when the queen died, you can evolve but no further.

Swagile, thats only for drones to queen. As long as I played everyone else could still evolve.

Huh, I could have sworn you could only evolve if a Queen was alive. Eh, devs can lock this if its not the case, since ive never seen a xeno evolve when Queen was dead till now.
