Bug Description: The cell's pipe system apears to be setup wrongly or is bugged. Connecting an O2 tank to it won't fill up the pipes, so the cryocells won't work.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect O2 canister.
2. ???
3. Profit?
P.S.: I will experiment on it next round to see how it can be fixed.
