Bug Description: the Almayer Lower Engineering APC is demanding 41k worth of Equipment power and 22k worth of Enviromental power, which is bonkers since there's not enough doors, fire alarms, air alarms etc. combined to demand that much Enviromental Power on the entire lower deck.
Steps to reproduce:
Uncertain, this randomly popped up at round start. Either I didn't pay mind to it earlier rounds or this happens on a semi-random basis or has a certain thing triggering it, I haven't found out yet, will post if I find out what.

Not a bug, the atmos equipment south and north of lower engineering is STILL lower engineering, those are causing the power drain, just turn them off.
