Bug Description: Flame thrower making whoosh sound with a tank that has gas in it, but not throwing any flames
Steps to reproduce:
1.Load a flame thrower
2.Grab it by two hands and aim it a hunter
3.Fire the flamethrower and then go cry because no flames came out the business end even though it made the "whoosh" sound and there is fuel in the tank

Would be nice if the flamethrower beeped at you when it was out of fuel.
