Aliens can't remove wrapping paper from things. (Lockers)

Bug Description:
Aliens can't remove wrapping paper from wrapped lockers thus resulting in possible new survivor meta of survivors wrapping each other in lockers. ( I asked a Admin if survivors can wrap lockers and I got a "it's possible".)

Steps to reproduce:
1.Be alien
2.Click on wrapped locker with any intent
3.Nothing happens
