M20 Claymore mines on the almayer.

Bug Description: Seems if you get one of those weird black sprite tiles on the almayer you can actually toss a claymore mine onto it when you shouldn't be able to place claymores on the almayer at all. https://gyazo.com/20e7279ee236bf505e189ea8166e405a
After getting into the room and removing my ID While moving in front of the mine it still doesn't explode at all which is good https://gyazo.com/94c7a9572cd7e2e11bf7464ffd15a656


Steps to reproduce:
1. Somehow manage to create a black tile on the almayer.
2. Place a mine on said black tile.
3. Watch in amazement how it does absolutely nothing useful.
