Donor Items Continue To Not Start In Satchal Upon Spawn

Bug Description: Donor Helmets and Armour continue to spawn on the floor of you when you spawn in.

I should note that Donor uniforms and boots do not seem affected by this.


Steps to reproduce:
1.Spawn in with donor gear.
2.See the helmet and armour fall on the floor.
