Becoming an xenomorph while jobbaned and still counting as alien after respawning as human

Bug Description:
I don't know how but I spawned as alien, but I'm jobbaned from it? Is it a bug?
I was really confused why I got xeno even though I'm banned from it.
I couldn't even evolve because I was jobbanned, it was really wierd for me.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Get Jobbanned from Xeno.
2.Press Ready on a round.
3.Become an alien somehow, but you're not supposed to.


Bug Description:
After the last bug, I asked an admin to someone take over me and to respawn me as human (because it isn't my fault I became a xeno),
but when I respawned the admin told me I was considered a xeno for some reason.


Steps to reproduce:
1.Ghost from Xeno
2.Respawn (with the help of an admin)
3.Be considered an xeno somehow.

I became a xenomorph again this round, I just joined the game at the start of the round, like you'd be selected as xeno at round start.
I turned off xeno preference now. And I can't do "join as xeno" As it says I'm jobbaned from it.
