R-Walls undo deconstruction when nearby R-Wall is destroyed

Bug Description: Title.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Start deconstructing two or more r-walls next to each other.
2. Blow up one of the R-Walls or something close enough to destroy one of the R-Walls
3. Watch as the R-Wall adjacent is magically 'repaired'.
