Bug Description: Getting yautja mined as a tier three xeno incorrectly positions the leg cuff sprite. It's offset like the old on fire overlay bug.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be tier three.
2. Step on a yautja mine.
3. Cuffs are displaced from your sprite.
