Voice Analyzer, Station Bounced Radio and Universal Recorder only working inside YOUR backpack.

Bug Description:

Really weird bug, that happens if you try to use the Voice Analyzer, Station Bounced Radio or Universal Recorder.
They only work IF you activate them and stuff in YOUR backpack.

They don't work in any other container, and not even in a backpack carried by hand.
They backpack must be equipped in your character.

Also, apparently, the Station bounced radio's speaker don't work at all.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a voice analyzer, statin bounced radio or universal recorder.
2. Activate the item, and try to use it normally. (Isn't going to work.)
3. Stuff the item in your backpack. - Now they are working almost as expected.

I haven't come across this, an error at your end or a recent bug?

Station bounced has acted pretty weird, sometimes working in backpack, sometimes on the floor, sometimes in the pocket, I couldn't find a coherent pattern so did not report it myself.

I have a feeling this happened around the time tradeband/gutter was changed to Russian, and also about the time the ert comms broke.
