Bug Description: If you are beheaded you sometimes cannot talk in dead chat but I'm not sure how to specifically cause it to happen.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Become a head
2. Try to talk in dchat
3. 50/50 chance it won't work.

So are you saying you cannot access the ghost verb or are you saying that after you ghost you can't talk?

It's neither one of those. Just leave these kinds of things to the people that know what they're doing and can fix it.

pretty sure desolane means when you get beheaded and try to talk in Dchat it won't work where normally if you die you don't have to ghost to talk.
