Quantum Gear, Quantum Pockets, and Butterfingers

Bug Description:
I was playing as an SL one round and the wifi over where I was staying at had some problems, leading to three unfortunate disconnects. On the third, I noticed that my gear was gone, and my pockets empty, despite my sprite showing she still had it on. I resolved this problem by asking for a marine in LOOC to remove my armor-slot stored Pulse Rifle, ID, Belt, and Satchel. However, I couldn't retrieve what was in my pockets, so I just grabbed an extra magazine or two. Later on, when I picked up another magazine, I misclicked in a pocket that was full; which resulted in the contents of that pocket being replaced.

Later on that round, I noticed that my character was dropping whatever she had in her hands multiple times. I did not find a way to resolve this and I had to deal with it until the round ended.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be equipped, take note of what you have.
2. Go to a place with bad wifi; alternatively, repeatedly disconnect yourself or turn off your router while in a round.
3. Notice the physics of Schrodinger's Marine Gear & Pockets and that your character has butterfingers.

This has happened to me on OTHER servers when just starting the round, dont really know why. it may be a byond thing though, not a CM thing
