Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): As a survivor you can see Command Announcements and such, I think it would be nice if survivors didn't see command announcments.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Survivors don't know when marines are coming so they will hold out until they are found or hear gunshots.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Survivors are unable to hear the updates so survivors again will have no idea if the marines are ahead of schedule and on their way soon.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Maybe having it so if a person doesnt have a headset or an ID they can't hear the command updates?

Re: Survivors and command announcments
This is kind of annoying as a Survivor, I ignore them all the time, but some new survivors aren't sure if they should be reading them and taking that as in-game knowledge, and some people probably power-game and do pay attention to these. +1
Garth Pawolski, or is it Powalski?
