Plant mines in bodies

Bug Description: Codes add so when you put a dead body over a mine it detonates, I saw someone using a work around by planting the mine right on top of the body

Steps to reproduce:
1. find dead xeno
2. plant mine on top of it
3. have complete unseeable mine

I think I know how to fix this.
Restrict the ability to plant mines on top of dead bodies.
There done fixed now use your magic coders

-1, Unless this also applies to huggers under bodies to be litearlly invisible.
Mines should be usable in all ways huggers can be used.

-1, IRL you would be able to booby-trap bodies with mines. The Vietcong did that shit all the time in Vietnam.
