Staff can't speak on dsay whilst unconscious

Bug Description:Being knocked unconscious or being in cryo renders staff unable to talk in dsay. If you do try then it just says you can almost hear someone talking meaning to talk on it you have to a-ghost then talk. (I also don't think they can hear it either but I'm not 100% certain on that.) Unsure if this is meant to be this way but it just seems to be an inconvenience if there is a lot of salt going on in dsay that you have to handle but your character is somehow unconscious in game.


Steps to reproduce:
1.Be a staff and become unconscious
2.Try to talk in dsay
3.Cry because you have to a-ghost to talk in it

You can talk into dsay while unconscious, however you won't be able to see your own text. A strange caveat yes, but not as bad as initially believed.
