Repairing Slashed Cameras

Bug Description: If xenos slash cameras, which they often do. Repairing them is a buggy mess that makes no sense.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Have Xeno slash Camera
2. Open the camera panel and pull out your wirecutters
3. Cut wires to turn the camera back on, in fact, just cut all the wires.
4. Fixed Camera...?

+1 can confirm. It's weird to cut a specific wire just to repair the cam. It's like trying to hack the cam to fix it, which makes no sense.
