Bug Description: When depowered, Station Alert Computers keep changing between the old and new sprite.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Power off apc in the room with a Station Alert Computer
2. Station Alert Computer new sprite
3. Station Alert Computer old sprite

Still happening. Happens to both station alert computer and atmospheric alert computer.
