Add a "Survivor" section to the wiki

Summary
There's too much debate over how much a survivor may know, having some backstory or a basic list of the survivor's knowledge would be great for RPing and for any newbies joining in.

Benifits
Will allow for better RP in general and cease confusion over what survivors know or don't know.

Details
The section could include what the survivor may know (player choice), what a survivor does know, and what a survivor will not know unless he/she see's it while the server is up. It could also include a minor backstory telling how long they've been there, what they've possibly seen or been doing, and other such things to flesh out the world a bit further.
