Those were the first words i can remember as a child... Pride, Honor, Victory is what my clans talks about all the time, day and night they glorify themselves with tales of old hunters, their hunts, their trophies.. My father being one of those talking about his victories as a warrior and a hunter, since my born i was binded to something greater, something i can't fail to accomplish even if i did my best i would still be ashamed and forbidden from my own clan, my family.. Since young i was told that i needed to surpass my Father as my father did with his Father and so on.. Being the older of three brothers i'm expected to be worthy enough to my brothers to surpass me.. It makes me nervous to have such a weight in my back, i can't sleep, my hands feel cold.. I have no one to talk about my concerns, nobody wants to hear them. No.. they only want their trophy and their tale of glory, i wasted my childhood training, bleeding, crying to become the best of the best, because that's what they want from me, that's what my father wants for me.. But what do i want? .. I always lived to complete an objective yet i don't feel like it's MY objective but someone else's, nevertheless i'm not going to fail, i don't want to and i don't have to even if my mind doesn't share the thoughts of my relatives i'm still a member of the clan, they made me what i am and i will have to redeem them with their Tale.

Today i said N'dhi-ja to my family, my brothers and my father as the Kv'var began, me and others unblooded are being sent to a remote jungle planet, where our first prey awaits, this is it, I will not fail, even if they're my companions they're still my adversaries in this Hunt. I need to make sure I, The Prodigal Son, return home with such a glory, my father will just become a shadow behind me.

How do you intend to play your predator (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your predator. This will weigh HEAVILY and frequently breaking from this MAY result in removal)?: My predator doesn't show interest for Oomans, since from his point of view they're Pyode Amedha (Soft meat) even if they show to be a worthy prey he will always see them as a minor challenge, like a Deer. Being obsessed with fullfil his father's place he's more into the hunt of Kainde Amedha (Xenomorphs). He doesn't talk too much. Not even to his companios and is a creature of habits, every hunt has a procedure and that procedure must be completed from it's start to it's end, that meaning he will NOT start hunting until he's routine is accomplied. 1) Terrain negotiation. 2) Establish a foxhole (a camp, a base, FoB with supplies, food, meds and items). 3) Scavenge (Not having interest in Oomans doesn't mean their tech is useless) 4) Stalking (Both Oomans or Xenomorphs. To hunt both, you need to think and act like both) 6) AVOID CONTACT (and i'm serious about this, a true hunter only shows himself to it's prey when he's going to hunt it) 5) Establish ground rules with your companions (A hunt must be organized , nobody wants another Pred to kill your game).

Only when the 'routine' is complete, the hunt will begin for Dto Hult'ah, aiming primary to Xenomorphs, still, if he finds an Ooman actually showed himself to be worthy enough he will then switch to him, still, the routine must be completed again since jumping blindy to a prey can end in your death (even if we're talking about a Soft Meat)

Why should we whitelist you?: I play CM on a regular basis, everyday when i come back from college i actually posted an app. before but i decided to remove it because i started to look the approved app's and saw that my app wasn't meeting the requeriments to be accepted, still i waited and decided to make my first try. I'm no stranger when it comes to special roles or jobs on SS13, before CM i played Goonstation and managed to get accepted to be moth Mentor and Head Of Security (Twice) . i say twice because the first time i got mad with power and authority and got removed so i had to start from Zero, somehow it helped me to understand the ropes of being part of a Whitelist and why these lists are intended. I'm always up for a good Hunt RP and i've been in a few predator scenarios as a Marine and a Xeno and i think i did good (even if most of the times i end killed). When there's a predator playing i tend to observe him and his companions to have an example of how should i play if i was a pred. I'm quite of a Hard RP'er when it comes to and i'm aware that trying to play like the preds from the movies (1 & 2) it's a mistake here.

Have you been banned from CM in the last month for any reason (we will check, and lies may result in immediate denial)?: Yes a three hours ban because of the Naming Rules of the Game, nothing offensive however.

Are you currently banned from any other servers and if so, why?: No, currently not.

Sounds like I could give you a try. It's not special or anything, but it's still a proper app.
I'm not super enthousiastic about it though, I've seen this story quite a lot and I mostly give you my support due to your decent app and seemingly good attitude.

MY MAIN CONCERN is the fact that I don't see you on the forums even thou I'm trying hard to constantly refresh it. You've been around for a while and your average player has more forum activity than you.
If you can correct that, and make a name of yourself (Without going into dark territories or breaking rules etc) then you'll have my +1!

Yeah i'm aware of that, being the main reason i didn't wanted to post the application, i still believe i'm "too green" from a forum perspective, still, even if i get denied, the three months cooldown will help me to be more active both in-game and on the forums, in the end, only positive things can be digged from this. Also, it was difficult for me to get a name among the players because i was told to change my name, a name i used for a long time (Rhyyk Qel-Kora) so i switched to my old Goonstation name (since there are a few Goons here) But i totally understand your point Sarah. Thanks for your review Boltersam, the Kv'arde is not the predators name i used it by it's literal translation of "Warrior".

"Welcome warrior" was the original intention of the whole phrase. If this gets denied i'll try harder on the second, gonna try to be more active on the game too. Playing Command, SL or else i guess.

Ok, since i´m not very know among the forums and i have a lot of experience in roleplaying games, i will give my opinion about the Pred applications (If staff team don´t mind)

1. Well, we will first start with ¨The meat¨: You could have put your history a Little more efford. It´s not bad, but it´s not very good. Neutral with this

2. I like how you will play as predator;

In terms IC: Obiously any Xenomorph it´s more strong than any Standart human, so it´s a more worthy pray, and i would like you hunting a ravager or crusher.

In terms OOC: The Xenomorph almost always wins every round due to overpopulation, so it´s good a more xeno focused pred that indirectly ¨Help¨ marines (That doesnot mean you will always hunt xeno, but everyone get´s the point)

3. You accept the wrong and the bad things about your app, i like that. I hope you can mantain that attitude if you get whitelisted or not. You seems like a mature person and that´s good too. (Dont get mad with poder if you get whitelisted hehe).

4. Your activity in the forums it´s a bad thing, and i dont have moral to say it to you since i have only write like 5 post on this forum. But i have seen you in CM and you´re a good player. The staff team usually want a lot of activity on the forums, that way they can know you and known if you are a salty person or not (Or worst, a baldie), i suggest you to go o Discord/djplug channels and talk there, get yourself more known. You can also play as SL or as medteam (Usually marines dont get a lot of doctors)

Now the time of the true...

You have a lot of potential as a pred, your major issue it´s your activity, but that can be fixed very easy and I dont see it as a reason to turn your aplication down.

I understand and i will try to improve my activity on the forums, usually the suggestion sub-forums are the threads i visit and comment more.

Yes i have to confess i'm not very proud of the background story myself, i think i could have done better but i wanted to make it short and to the point since i've seen other apps with long stories that tend to make the reader bored. But i know i can do better, i'm actually working on the background history and alternative fates for events (like becoming a rogue predator by breaking the code or becoming the leader of the clan, of course, all of this would be written in the future if i get accepted)

Everything was there. I liked your answers for why you should be whitelisted, and overall it seems very honest and forthright.

However, the story was difficult to read; it isn't very easy to follow. Your playstyle raise some concerns about balance and restraint I'd like to see addressed. How will you play your predator if the xenos are badly losing? How will you RP with xeno players?

Like Bolter, I'm not sure that your grasp on the role and lore of the pred is all there. It's definitely close, though, and again I've never had a problem with you as a player.

1) Yes, im aware the story lacks strenght i should had put more effort on it, what i wanted was to create a predator that isn't an anxious unblooded yautja thirsty of hunt and trophies but an insecure one, with a lot of worries about not being worthy enough to surpass his father like he always been told to. Being a slave of a fate he doesn't agree with. However the story indeed needed further explanation and being longer so i could make you guys see what i intended to create.

2) The main reason i picked up that playstyle is because my last rounds as an observer, predators had too much contact with the marines (ignoring the fact marines love to hunt predators as soon they see one). Predators came to LV-624 to hunt xenomorphs as they consider them the Highest Game of all, meaning that i wouldn't waste so much time dealing with the "oomans" when there are strong xenos lurking around that could be a nice trophy. -NEVERTHELESS- i'm aware that predators fill the role of "Game balancers" when the round itself demands it, so.. how would I engage this?.. Well, without leaving my Pred's traits and behaviour i would 'change' my Game in a RP'ed manner, something like, "The xenomorphs in this hunt didn't seem worthy enough to be considered 'Fair Game', instead, these Oomans have wiped them out with ease.. They'll create honorable hunt tales". that's why i'd like to have a hunt routine before jumping blindy into collecting heads, I'm aware predators can REALLY screw the gameplay of both parties if they pick the weakest side to hunt it down.
