Character background (An ADEQUATE description and story of your predators background):

An encounter in the woods
► Show Spoiler
Ke’Thun moved out in the direction Hulij had told him to move in, as the most experienced of their troupe he had no reason to deny him of his plan. The land set before him was a dense woodland covered in a white blanket mixed together with a large amount of vegetation underlining the region. The terrain itself was rugged and unshapely constantly twisting and turning, raising and lowering. He could barely hear or see anything in front of him due to the wailing wind and downpour of snow being blown in his direction, but atleast the trees overhead were benefitting him.
The weather was picking up, he had to move quickly. Forward he trudged through the dense layer of snow and flora of the region, pushing low hanging branches and shrubbery aside while fighting against the onslaught of the weather, his feet sinking into the deep snow. He kept his mission in mind and pushed onward, failing their hunt was bad enough but having their gear and remains stolen by meer humans was unacceptable, their fallen comrade’s honor had to be restored for the good of the clan.
Up ahead he perceived what sounded to be like a creature of some kind moving through the bushes at a quick pace. Ke’Thun froze in his tracks and readied himself for whatever it might be with his clan sword drawn, keeping himself decloaked as it was unneeded in his eyes. Suddenly from up ahead dashed towards him an arctic wolf, their target set on Ke’Thun, with it there was three others trailing behind, a simple task to deal with in his eyes.
The first wolf once in range leaped at him ready to sink it’s teeth into his flesh but he was ready and skewered it upon his clan sword, it yelped in pain and seized up. When he noticed the next wolf approaching him trying to seize the opportunity Ke’Thun in response swung his blade down freeing the carcass from the sword sending it sailing into the next wolf impairing it with the impact.
The remaining two wolves had encircled him in the meantime, they slowly paced around him waiting for an opportunity to strike, however he was fairly familiar with this kind of situation, often sparring in a similar matter with his twin Pa’Thun to the veteran Yautja’s disapproval, to which he had to respect even if he didn’t agree. They were the clans proven warriors, he had no right to disapprove of what they said. He was loyal to the clan and that meant the people above him and below him in it. If he was told off by his Elders he had to take it to heart, only then would he truly be able to gain the respect and loyalty of his clan mates as he strived forward for bigger and greater hunts, higher authority in his clan, and also making sure he made it to the Eternal Hunt.
To be able to focus on one target Ke’Thun threw his sword into wolf in the forefront catching it in the mid-section and glanced back to see the last wolf rushing him from behind; in one fell swoop as it went to latch onto his lower leg he punted the wolf sending it flying into a nearby tree with an audible crack as it collided, shaking some snow from the leaves.
The last remaining wolf which was pinned under it’s dead pack member desperately tried to free itself in a futile effort as it whimpered in pain and struggled to retreat to live another day, Ke’Thun slowly placed his foot over the creature’s neck then firmly snapped it was ease under his weight. He then went over to the wolf he had javelined his sword into and after making sure it had perished retrieved his blade.
He swung his blade, covering the snow in a sleek of red blood, while admiring the carnage of the red snow behind him.
After the encounter with the small pack he ventured forth on his mission eventually getting to a higher elevation on the outskirts of the taiga and then saw his objective in the distance, some kind of research facility built into the side of the mountain, it’s presence was not exactly subtle with floodlights covering it all over and large metallic walls built into stonework. He chimed in on his vox that their objective was in sight and he was in position for the next phase.
A Retrieval of Strength, in Paya's Name
How do you intend to play your predator (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your predator)?
I intend to play Ke'Thun in a very loud and obvious manner, focusing on a heavier hitting brutal combat style often going for delimbing and painful deaths for his victims. Ke'Thun himself is very loyal to his clan despite the cruel, loud, rowdy way of how he goes about his hunts, and would drop everything he was doing if it meant serving it, he ultimately strives for the top of his clan though he is still far from his goal.
He won't be cloaking often as he never found himself to be very good at in his earlier years and adapted to that by focusing on the more fighting prowess side of his training.
He'll strive for worthy prey and a good hunt even if it costs him his life, since he sees it that if he proves himself to be a great hunter it'll bring his clan great honor and respect while also getting the same benefits himself, thus helping his goal of advancing his standing in the Yautja society both in the clan and in legend, ultimately hoping to make it into The Eternal Hunt.
Though he cares not much for the religious aspect of the hunt he does understand the minimum he must do, thus if he hears that a fellow Yautja has fallen on their hunt he will make sure to restore their honor by bracer detonation. His twin on the other hand cares much so for it so if he can help with the ritual preparation he will.
Why should we whitelist you?
I’ve been playing CM now for nearly three years. I’ve been on staff for nearly two years (with a gap in time on and off staff). I personally believe in that time I’ve proven that I can tick the boxes needed to be a predator both from the roleplay and rule perspective. Relating to the roleplay side I’ve as an admin hosted many events that I was told was good from a roleplay POV and myself have been in what I’ve been told was good RP times that hopefully people will confirm in responses. For the rule side of it, I’ve never managed to get as a staff or player report this whole time (unless you count acid goop reports). To top it off the last time I had a serious note placed on me was in January 2017 when one mod told me I could do something and another mod saw me doing it told me I couldn’t so *shrug.
Relating to the application itself I feel that the predator idea I have has the possibility to improve roleplay or even just general combat for players as most do just want to fight predators rather than roleplay, teamed up with his backstory and if he’s in the same round as Hulij or Pa’Thun it could be very interesting.
Have you been banned from CM in the last month for any reason (we will check, and lies may result in immediate denial)?
Nope.
Are you currently banned from any other servers and if so, why?
Nope.
Do you understand that any player - donor or otherwise - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our rules or disobey the Predator Code of Honor?
Yes.
