Marine Name (so we know who you are, if you play alien mostly, state that here): My most played character is Cooler O’Connor, but I’ve been playing a lot of crusher recently.

Are you familiar with the Predator Code Of Honor? Of course I am, I’ve read it back and forward, forward to back, upwards and downwards and understand completely my duties and obligations as predator. Really who would be as dumb to post an aplication without reading it first?

Character background (A very BRIEF description of your predators background): Thwinkaonb Thah'ka-In His name trembles the ground and inspires respect in his pears, he is known as a proud and fearless hunter, yet strong and deeply philosophical. But all stories begin somewhere, and this one starts with the first blood of this (at the time) unblooded. He was ready to go into the hunting grounds. He had his armor. He had his mask. He had his weapon of choice, the arm wrist, and the dagger he was given by his mother. With it, he would take the first trophy. He was going to prove everyone, just how much of a good hunter he was. He was already extremely physically adept; his strength was the thing he was known for in his earlier stages of life. He and the other unblooded went into the hunting grounds, ready. Thwinkaonb Thah'ka-In didn’t like this hunting ground. He knew what was going on. This ground was easy. A regular jungle-like environment, with many high trees in wich to hide, and a climate perfect to track prey with the many sensors of the bio-mask. He didn’t like it, but he had to carry on, it’s what was expected from them. He found his first pray, a regular serpent, it seems like it was doing scouting. The red kind, they were really good for combat, they would make a good first prey. From the trees, he emerged, dropped down, and gave the serpent a challenging growl. He extended his wrist blade and got ready to fight. Our hunter knew that the blade would cut deeper and faster the xenomorphs hard carcass, but it would come with the cost of having to be face to face with the creature. The fight opened with the serpent charging in, making a jump to tackle down the hunter, both the frontal legs forward. He used one of his blades to move the right leg, and the other one to stab it in the chest. Due to our hunter’s physical strength, the blow was devastating. The creature was severly injured. He looked at his armor; a huge claw cut was in the middle of it. He should’ve died, but he didn’t. He started thinking. Was this really honorable? He didn’t deserve this. How could he feel the honor of the hunt, knowing he would be protected no matter what?! He stripped down of his armor, this wasn’t worthy of his strength. Now he and the serpent were in common grounds. He was vulnerable, as his opponent. The serpent stood up. This was it. It was an intense battle, long lasting that was completed when the young blood dodge a tackle from the serpent, got on its back and cut its head clean off. He felt proud. He felt honor. HE FELT UNSTOPABLE. He went back, with the trophy, and the markings in his armor to signal his successful hunt. He was given his name Grand Force, so that everyone would remember the force that took to take down his first foe. He was now blooded. From then he rejected the use of armor when fighting one on one. He would strip himself before the fight. Now he roams the galaxy, searching for worthy prey, capturing them and taking them to the hunting grounds, where he would duel them to the death.

How do you intend to play your predator (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your predator. This will weigh HEAVILY and frequently breaking from this MAY result in removal)? I intent to play my predator with the most badass playstile I can think off, capture marines and duel them one on one on an arena I’ll build on the planet. If that’s too meta, I’ll just lock them in a room. For xenos, i have a bit of a doubt. I don’t know if it’s possible for a pred to take on a t2 naked, but if able, I’ll do it whenever I can. I’ll of course, stay away from t3 since my character isn’t an idiot, and I’m pretty much sure you can’t take on a ravager naked one on one. Maybe a crusher? Basically, I’ll capture and kill one on one naked. If any, with pants.

Why should we whitelist you? I play marine a lot. I always thought this game was good, and was nearly never frustrated, because I know that every caste haves strength and weaknesses. Ravagers deal a shit load of damage but are easy to kill if focused on. Pretorians depend on hitting the acid; wich is hard if you move too fast. Crushers are fast and strong, but you still need that charge to do anything. They’ll murder you if you get pushed. The only time I got frustrated was when LV was still a thing. I went down to the planet, and got instantly murdered by a predator. Yes I was pray and yes it was fair game, but I at least would like to have a chance to participate in the roleplay. That’s why I do it like this, I want everyone to be part of the roleplay experience, not just me.

Have you been banned from CM in the last month for any reason (we will check, and lies may result in immediate denial)? Yes, I was banned for unproper escalation of a situation.

Are you currently banned from any other servers and if so, why?
Not that i know or remember.

Do you understand that any player - donor or otherwise - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our rules or disobey the Predator Code of Honor?
Of course. Can you imagine how messed up that’ll be? “Oh sure, you just murderbone the entire ship and killed 3 other predators for no reason, but you paid, so it’s k”. That wouldn’t be fair at all.

I don't know you very well, your forum signature doesn't bode well, your backstory is rather bland and generic, as is your playstyle.

I do like your "fights with no armor" gimmick though, and as bland as it is, a brief story makes for one that's easier to read.

You need a bigger presence in the community, people need to know what you're like and how you play normally.

Thanks for the feedback. I was trying to think of a gimmick in order to distinguish myself from everyone else. On the other hand i don't think that forum presence really matters, it's up to the admins to ban me if i misplay my roleplay. I do play a load of cm. Nearly every day.
For the questions:
1) I would sneak in and retrieve his body. I don't know if it is posible for another predator to activate the explosion and still be alive while doing so, but i think that at least honor demands that i recover his body and take it back to the ship for transportation. If it is posible, i'll blow him up to preserve his honor. If i'm unable to sneak in, i'll show myself and run to the wilderness, thus getting some marines off the point so that i could retrieve his body.

2)Blow myself up. It would be a dishonor to be captured. I'd rather die than see myself be captured. If not captured, it means that i've failed the hunt, wich is still a huge disonor. I expect to see the black warrior then.

3)Nothing. It isn't my duty to keep the serpents alive, as much as it just prooves that marines are stronger. If any i'll reward the marines with a gift. What i wouldn't do is hunt more xenos.

Yes, it was the original intent of the account, but look at when it was made and when this was posted. Besides, the predator role isn't about the forums, is about the game. It's a shame that there's no feedback. I would've liked to know you thoughts on the actual predator instead of the forum account. Thanks regardless. Also, there are many more posts mine in guides and other stuff than just pred and bans.

Well, my first thought is that your grammar could use some work. Playstyle is KINDA unique but you need the pred armor if you wanna use the pred caster. The story was short and not MY favorite anyway...

Thanks, my grammar is indeed, not the best. Everything helps really. I was going for playstile over story, so that means it works. Thanks for the feedback

You know mate, as a predator player myself, I have to say that you are really overestimating the power of a predator.

It is very easy to assume that being a pred is, well, easy. Sure, you get strong armor, can rip most marines to shreds with the right weapon, and have a lot of nifty gadgets on hand... But all it takes is one hunter or a marine with a good swinging arm and all of a sudden you will be humbled where you stand.

I myself used to be just like you, intending only to fight the biggest and baddest of prey, bringing great honor to my clan and living to tell about it. But once I became a predator in a real game, er... Yeah, no, you'd be lucky to kill a single decently matured alien, let alone a marine.

Even the act of DUELING marines is difficult, and requires a lot of luck to get one without being chased by their friends. Marines can be as protective of their friends as xenos, and fucking with either side will no doubt result in their wrath raining down upon you.

I may -1 this, but is it only because you need more time to learn and understand the real limitations of the predator, and create one that is more.. Realistic and achievable, rather than assuming that you could go from 0 to 60 right off the bat. To be a real BADASS takes time, after all.

Keep in mind that you may have to wait 3 months from denial to make a new app.

Should give you plenty of chances to observe predators either as a ghost or through in-game interactions to give you an idea on how to go through with it.

I know, i have time I've watched my fair share of predator gameplay. My favourite was this one pred who's friend was dead, so he went to the almayer and retrived his body before trying to kill the commander and dying in the try because it was sorrunded with 20 other marines. He did blew himeslf up, and kill everyone in the bridge. I hope i get to do that one day. :P

Some spelling mistakes and grammar issues, but a unique play style none the less, which is nice. As reno says, there is alot of disparity between how powerful people think preds are, and how power they really are. Not wearing armour could potentially be a problem, even if it's a interesting play style.

It isn't that i won't wear armor at all. My predator rejects the use of armor in one on one combat, and will often try to capture prey and lock them in a cell. THERE he removes it's armor, because it isn't fair for the prey and then he will proceed to murder it or according to honor code if he fail on doing so, he'll show respect to the prey and kill both me and him in the detonation. All other times while stalking or trying to get away pepole from the pray, he'll be using armor.

But that's not the style of my predator at all. As said, i'd rather stay the heck away from t3s and i was still hestiant that you can take on a t2 without armor. And my guy doesn't fully dissregards the use of armor. He just refuses to use it when in a 1v1 combat, set by him. It would help if it was reconsidered. It probably won't mean much, but is a pretty important thing.

You have time invested here and you've got people who will back you up, you're not some random shitler. Without that, we've got just about jack shit reason to trust you can use the role properly.

People up there pretty much explained it all; I'd advice you take this time to greatly immerse yourself into the community, review suggestions, report bugs, review all the predator/AvP and game contents from the franchise so that you can deepen your knowledge.
