Why should we whitelist you?Because I want to play predator and I think I would be pretty okay at it.

Have you been banned from CM in the last month for any reason (we will check, and lies may result in immediate denial)?I haven't been banned in the last month to the best of my knowledge.

Are you currently banned from any other servers and if so, why?Both goon servers, /vg/station and probably a couple of others I'm forgetting. The reason for the ban from all of them is probably grief.

Do you understand that any player - donor or otherwise - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our rules or disobey the Predator Code of Honor?Yeah, makes sense to me.
