Byond ID: Koenigsegg
Marine Name (so we know who you are; if you play alien mostly, state that here): I mostly play Amanda 'Coyote' Harlinde, Nalah 'Dove' Vegas and recently Kimikyo 'Lys' Satsuki.
Name of the character you want whitelisted (The name your predator will use. This must match your in-game predator name): Y'nvok Ikthah (Blood Wild)
Are you familiar with the Predator Code Of Honor? Yes.
Character background (An ADEQUATE description and story of your predators background): I can't say that I'm the best at writing stories and whatnot, nor that I am creative enough to write a complete, fully detailed story. So please bear with me, I'll try my best! Forgive me if there is any grammar error and other things along the line. Be lenient as I'm not used to write this kind of stuff, although I really want to do something nice and serious! ^^"

The young hunter had been sent to a planet where he had to prove himself. A year of training had been offered, not with pleasure for his mentor, but it was necessary. A year of training that would serve him for the test that had been entrusted to him. His mentor kept telling him that training was one thing, but that was not everything. He kept telling him that what made the difference was the experience. And that was something nobody could offer him. For that, one had to practice; one had to hunt. Observation was a very important asset and it was wise to use.
The weeks lived on this planet with very dense and very humid vegetation had taught him to observe and wait when the time came; adding to all this the need to follow the code of honor. He had quickly realized that blending into the background was unimaginably important, but technology was not everything. He had decided to survive and hunt while remaining the least dependent on his equipment. He relied heavily on the lures, traps, and feints that he uses to lure his prey where he could hunt them, while running the least risk; and drive others away where they would run to their own loss.
Until then he had only collected trophies relatively not dangerous for his taste. He took pleasure in inspiring the terror to his preys to pick them one by one. Although the mass murder did not interest him. He wanted to impress his elders. Having been sent to the planet with the minimum, he showed autonomy and initiative by crafting his own weapons of fortune, which proved to be tremendously effective. Although he usually used double blades, he also often used throwing weapons and a whip made of the remains of his preys and a mix of the vegetation.
One day, while observing the activity on the ground from a tree, he realized his most fatal mistake. He was too busy looking at what was below him, that he forgot to keep an eye on the sky. A huge prey with long wings and a long tail with fierce thorns had grabbed him by planting its talons on his back. The surprise had invaded him and while he was about to fight back, he was released to crash on the ground. The time to get up and turn around, the beast was charging again. It was two or three times the size of the young hunter, but he had to do nothing but watch the creature this time. The young hunter dropped his whip and, when the creature was within range, he threw himself to the side and then throw the whip at the creature, wrapping it around his neck. With a dry gesture, he drew the prey to the ground with all his strength, but it did not admit defeat because Y'nvok was quickly thrown against the nearest tree, with a powerful tail stroke coming from his assailant.
Y'nvok was facing the great challenge he was waiting for, but there was doubt. He doubted his efficiency and ability to stand up to his prey. However, he told himself that if he could bring this trophy back to the elders, they would be proud of him and make him a hunter, free to go wherever he wanted to bring only glory and honor to his clan. And it was in this spirit that he got up, despite his superficial wounds. He took the momentum to throw himself on the beast. In this dense forest, a bird of this size was at a disadvantage. Unlike his prey, the young hunter relies only on his experience and his ability to handle the situation. In the case of prey, it depended primarily on its wings. And a quick observation had determined that to deprive it of its means of movement would assure him the victory. While the prey kept shaking to get free from the young hunter who took place on its back, Y'nvok was doing his best to grab the beast. He unfolded one of his double blades to plant it in the back of the fowl, while he used his hand to try to break the wing within his reach.
The creature realized then that it had to flee. It took the momentum to finally fly with the Yautja aboard. They both climbed into the sky while the young hunter waited patiently. The solution of the ease annoyed him but in this case it was necessary. He unfolded his second pair of double blades to give successive hits to the base of the creature's wing. Only after a few seconds and screams of pain from his prey, the wing was detached from the body of the bird who quickly lost altitude. The young Yautja clung with all his strength in the hope of surviving his fall. The shock of the landing was so violent that Y'nvok remained unconscious for an hour under the body of the prey he had defeated.
When he returned to face the elders, he offered them his trophies in presents, not without being able to hide a certain pride against the biggest of them. Surely they preferred the one he thought was the biggest and the most threatening. The young hunter returned to his mentor. A few days later he will be accepted as a hunter equal to any other like-minded fellow that managed to make it through this test.
How do you intend to play your predator (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your predator)? I intend to play a predator that'd be very playful. As in, torment and harass a prey for as long it is worthy prey. It'd be the same with the unworthy prey but in special circumstances for as long as I would be aware of them being unworthy. I wish to offer as much roleplay as possible to enjoy what each side can offer. Other than that, I'd be aiming toward a game of fear, if I may say. Especially with survivors, assuming they are willing and open to that kind of roleplay. If not doing anything of that, he'd observe a lot before taking action.
Why should we whitelist you? I believe that I can offer a good amount of roleplay to whoever would be willing to be my subject! Beside that, I did observe a lot of predator rounds as well as I did play with some, be it in a duel or any other silly situation. Honestly, being killed by a predator is much more preferable when I get to accept a duel rather than getting mindlessly killed by a one-click ravager. And that is exactly what I wish to offer to whoever might show interest in such end. Although I do not consider Predators to be the death incarnate and certainly not a mindless killer, more like a different way to play and an opportunity to roleplay something special. It has been several month since I wanted to apply for such role, but although I came occasionally on the forum to read the updates concerning the predators or player apps, I always thought it was very strict and incredibly complicated, especially when english is not my native language. I've been playing CM a lot and I wish to try my luck for something else that's less death-oriented and that'd eventually profit everyone and add a bit of immersion.
Have you been banned from CM in the last month for any reason (we will check, and lies may result in immediate denial)? I'd say no, considering I did not play for a while for personnal reason. I could be wrong but it is very unlikely.
Are you currently banned from any other servers and if so, why? No. I am not currently banned from any server.
Do you understand that any player - donor or otherwise - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our rules or disobey the Predator Code of Honor? I fully understand it.
