Why should we whitelist you? I love CM and I have always loved the predators since I first learned what they were

Because the application is not good enough simply put, again take a look at other pred apps.

For assistance, I recommend reading through accepted predator apps and the predator wiki. Both are quite insightful, the wiki provides helpful information regarding their culture and behavior and weaponry and etc. The accepted pred apps show you how high the bar is for getting accepted, which you should work towards achieving in your own app.

I will have to give this a -1

Not enough effort was put into this application and there is a large problem with the lack of a backstory. While I don't care to focus on the backstory of a predator, when you completely lack one at all so we can't see your style in action, I will have to deny this quickly.
Try to integrate yourself into the story similar to your tldr you wrote up, along with looking at accepted apps to gauge how you should make it look flavor, content-wise, and formatting.
