KRYZENEXYLLIMUS
Marine Name (so we know who you are, if you play alien mostly, state that here):
I play as five distinct human characters: Erika 'Hunter' Degrasse, Erin 'Tin Can' Cyric, Sadako Voorhees, Edgar Palamedes and Tylor Harkonnen (dossiers here: viewtopic.php?f=91&t=6272&p=66333&hilit ... ees#p66333 ).
I also play as xenomorphs where my favourite chastes are the hunter and the ravager.
Name of the character you want whitelisted (The name your predator will use. This must match your in-game predator name):
H'chak Nrak'ytara
Are you familiar with the Predator Code Of Honor?
Yes, and also with the lore.
Character background (A very BRIEF description of your predators background):
“As the Kv'var-de Nrak'ytara clan, we are well known for our dedication to the art of hunting, finely crafted weapons and advanced technology.”
- Says Dteinou U'sl-kew, the adjudicator, to a group of Yautjas standing around him.
“H'chak Nrak'ytara isn't the most perfect example of this clan's tradition.
Of course she equips herself with the finest gear and even collects some gadgets when hunting.
But she broke some of the artifacts when tinkering , blasted herself by accident with an akrei-non of unknown origin and insists on bashing most of her prey barehanded or with that wooden club gifted to her by a pyode amedha shaman who decided to worship her.”
(Most of the present rapidly click their mandibles, while a distinct female Yautja quietly observes the adjudicator.)
“But on her defense...” - proceeds Dteinou - “...while she seems to sport a tendency for displaying primal instincts, to congregate with pyode amedha and even to be clumsy and careless with devices, mind that she was named H'chak Nrak'ytara for a reason.
Her habit of not attacking trespassers in her lair unless they are worthy prey that consented on a duel or at least that went hostile first.
She always waits for the prey to attack, gives them the possibility of defending themselfes and actually show a level of honour, courage and self-control that was previously unheard of.” (Some of the Yautjas looks at each other's armours, plasmacasters and smartdisks. Then they stare at the quiet female's numerous scars.)
“You may even view her actions as reckless instead of honourable.
But H'chak did nothing wrong by sparing that kiande amedha larva.
It wasn't her hunting pet. Only tarei hsan being spared as such.
I understand you are concerned since Elder Kujhade got killed by the grow up kiande amedha with no opportunity to defend himself while trying to recover from his wounds on that cave.
But isn't an elder expected to be careful when doing so?
And woudn't an elite warrior who defeated some others in honourable duels be expected to simply challenge an yautja again if it's the case?
I am sure she isn't a dishonourable assassin ic'jit.
H'chak Nrak'ytara is free to resume her hunt and this is my final word!”
The female Yautja lowers her head in respect, leaves for a while then returns carrying a large leather package.
“As I stated before, it wasn't my fault. Time will pass, young one. But if you feel really compelled into taking revenge for your father's death, you may challenge-me on a later time once you trained enough. On this case, keep this for yourself.” - Speaks her while offering the package to an young Yautja.
He tears it open, revealling a retracted war glaive , a pair of shurikens and a small space travelling coordinates storage device.
The female then gets to her room, packs her hunting gear and trophy rack, boards a small ship and departs.
How do you intend to play your predator (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your predator. This will weigh HEAVILY and frequently breaking from this MAY result in removal)?
In short?
1 - As a whole, I want to use this character for creating memorable scenes through dense roleplay, some of those being strongly based on the movies and novels or even being consequences of my character's personality.
H'chak Nrak'ytara may, in one round, invade a kitchen for eating some raw meat (like the Yautja in Predator 2) or turn a random and inhabited place into “her lair” and meet some players there.
In other, she may get a recorder and use this to record and playback some phrases while cloaked. (Another Predator movie's feature.) Or fire some rounds from a pistol she found laying around on a piece of wood for testing it's firepower. She may even drag a lone and inactive xenomorph larva to a safe place or to the xenomorph's nest. - On any case, the idea is leading to interesting roleplayed interactions more than to getting into a combat situation.
2 - Fighting with H'chak Nrak'ytara is always OPTIONAL, not only by her tendency to not be hostile on first contacts, but because she always let prey unwilling to fight back to go away. Even those who are capable of – and who caught her interest into having them as a trophy. (If she openly challenges or provokes a being, but it simply run away or cowers in fear, she refrain from attacking. )
But once a consented duel start, it's to death. Only on this case she will pursue the prey and never retreat or surrender.
(Consent is given by attacking her first, or by proper negotiation depending on the case.)
3 - She is a versatile hunter who “nerfs” herself on purpose for making all fights as even as possible. (To her, a hunt where she can easily overpower a prey is not only boring but also dishonourable.)
4 – The hunter's code is her bushido. H'chak will never attack unworthy game - including xenomorph's larvas or non-combat human personnel. And she would lecture an eventual apprentice into doing the same.
5 - H'chak views herself as an important piece and part of a dynamic and ever changing universe where almost any species can in some context fall into the roles of prey or hunter of some sort. She knows she must be careful for not affecting the balance adversely (taking another species to extinction) and believes that through her actions she is actually giving inspiration or incentive for the others evolving into worthy prey or even into honourable hunters. (As some may follow her directly as an example, others will learn by her prey's failures and even there will be those who will improve themselves while training for seeking to avenge someone slayed by her.)

And, just to exemplify more about her personality, those are what would be H'chak Nrak'ytara's views on my other characters:

I am a player that enjoy roleplaying deep and dense characters, who stick to their roles, characteristics and details and who don't mind losing a battle when it leads to an interesting scene for everyone. I am here for the fun in all of this.
My predator charater will add some elements that will be entertaing to most players. Specially those who seek a deeper immersion as It's heavily based on elements from the novels, comics and movies . But she is also distinct and not just a "copypaste" of stereotypical predators, so she will also refresh the players from what they are accostumed to.
Have you been banned from CM in the last month for any reason (we will check, and lies may result in immediate denial)?
No.
(The only time I was banned is when I received a 3 hours ban for EoRG griefing before the last month.
But wasn't something I did on purpose. Here is the appeal related to this ban viewtopic.php?f=71&t=6164).
Are you currently banned from any other servers and if so, why?
No.
Do you understand that any player - donor or otherwise - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our rules or disobey the Predator Code of Honor?
Yes, I understand. And I fully endorse this policy. (Otherwise it would turn into a "pay-per grief" server, that is a horrendous thing.)
