Yes... originally it was a mod for Half-Life there was no alien commander, less stuff, Heavy Armor was OP and the Fade had a cyst rocket launcher

Ah, I remember playing this when I was 11 and it was NS1 in the early stages before Onos devour was added.

Needless to say, I backed NS2 once it was announced and still have my fancy black armour.

Back then you could backpeddle without speed penalty.

I quite like being a marine on NS2 and alien commander, it's really damn fun when everything hits the fan.


On a side note Ns2 could be great for CM game night.
