I thought the same about it, joined about a year ago and have been casually playing it a bit, its been pretty fun so far but maybe thats just because I enjoy the Elder Scrolls games. Its an MMORPG with an elder scrolls twist about it. There is a class system such as DPS, TANK, HEALER, and suchMook476 wrote:I've never played it can you tell me some INFO on it. Re: Elder Scrolls Online
I haven't played this game in at least a year, but I have a level 250+ tank Khajiit.
For those who haven't played, this game is fun, you get a lot out of what you pay for, and it goes on sale quite enough. The combat is interesting, you can play with friends, gather ores, craft potions/foods/armors/weapons/enchantments, and you can explore a fucking MASSIVE online world with missions at every corner/monsters/eastereggs/loot. It's both casual and hardcore depending on what you want, but I find it casual most of all. They've done many reworks on the system and though the expansions can be pricey you can also wait for sales to get them as well.
Overall I enjoy the game, I put a whole year solid into it dedicated to have the greatest crafter on the game as my character, developed their personality and made my own goals and still have not joined a guild "aside from a joke one I made for only myself" and still made it to level 250 without feeling I'd wasted my entire life doing so. Once you get to level 45 leveling speed increases MASSIVELY. So though it can feel a bit sloggy, with some friends or just propper gear you can grind effectively and quickly.
Fun fact, the crafted weapons and items in this game are actually useful, and I got to Veteran rank (back when that still existed) Only using gear that I built myself.

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
Its real fun.. I main a healer and I love it.. I'm also a huge nerdgeek for the Elder Scrolls.. If you like the franchise and want to experience that with other players on an mmorpg you will enjoy it.. The starting quest is a bit meh but everything else isMook476 wrote:I've never played it can you tell me some INFO on it. I thought it was real shit from initial startup info, but maybe it's not rip.
