Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead

Post by Mephistophiles » 28 Nov 2015, 23:49

So i just encountered this gem about 2 days ago.
"Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead is a roguelike set in a post-apocalyptic world. Surviving is difficult: you have been thrown, ill-equipped, into a landscape now riddled with monstrosities of which flesh eating zombies are neither the strangest nor the deadliest."
It's basically what it says it is. It's a roguelike zombie survival apocalypse-esque game. You can craft just about anything from a bindle/hobo stick to a kevlar fitted survivor trench coat. You can build your own house, and increase your skill. Meddle in the dark magics and find Thor's hammer in a cave. It's extremely complicated for the first hour, You have to learn all the commands and things like that. But soon you'll be addicted to it if you spend time in it.

Everyone on the staff knows about this game. A lot of us got into it a few months ago.
