okay so I started a new game with the wh40k mod.

for the Emperor, of course.


now all I need is either make the Combine or wait till someone makes a mod.

As a sidenote, eventually I got tired of waiting for Lisa Ziegler to die so I could replace her with a hip young bearded genius, so I sent her back off to explore the stars at age 104. She lived another 8 fucking years and explored like 20 more systems. R I P

Anyways, I had fun with the time I played. Was pretty cool, and the 3 research types was pretty cool, since you didn't have to juggle all 3 trees at one time.

Ok, flagged my first 35 hours, seems it is time for some major multiplayer.
I'm thinking of 4+ hours over a weekend or two, maybe more if timing coincides.

alright, so them paradox guys are tossing the logs into the fire.
I decided to avoid the auto-truce shite by occupying all the Tau planets but one included in me casus belli, and then occupy the last one. Managed to do that while fighting off a 4k necrons fleet, and whaddaya think? Nothing. Tau just kept spamming me with proposals to cede the initial planets I demanded to me, just like they've been doing for 10 years prior. So I had to agree.
that was really irritating to say the least.
