Anyone who wants to play Civ 5 in a big game, just post here and we'll find out how many altogether and what time it should be set up.

The best time would be on weekends. For a specific time, we would need people from all around the world getting on at one point in time, which can be problematic for several reasons..

A general time would have to be decided that wouldn't be too late but wouldn't be too early for everyone. I, personally, am on the East Coast, USA. A time to suggest would need to be in Greewich Mean Time or GMT.
