First Time Queen

I became queen despite my reservations after the 2nd queen had died. I told the hive to rally at the table fort, which I had though was abandoned by the marines. It was not. I decided that it would be a great idea to try out the screech, which would allow us to quickly take the tablefort before the marines could properly fortify it again. I forgot to actually activate the ability. My reign lasted a little over a minute.

TBH the queen should be able to see through the eyes of every xeno, make screech less viable and give the queen an egg sac that makes her immobile but able to produce a metric fuck ton of eggs, I think this would balance things

My first round queen was at Ice, i was a roundstart queen, did the usual shit, tried to ovi as soon as possible, and started watching my children, Eventually i decided to move to dorms, it all was going good, but in all my retardedness i decided to start charging down to bar, i was doing pretty good, at some point i fucking charged alone, got nade spammed and died

My first time queen was awhile back.

I was a normal chestburster in the Almayer, on prison station. I became a drone, only drone, with Xenos having only 5 or so. Queen died so I had to go queen. I forgot they let out a screech when they scream, so everyone found me in maints and screamed WAY to early and got one slash in. Noice. (If you couldn't tell, I died a horrible death )

The first time I became queen. we steamrolled the Marines on LV-624.

I didn't have to do very much fortunately because I lucked out and had a very competent Crusher and Ravager to lead the T1s and T2s to battle. Flanking, capturing hosts and all that fun stuff.

All I had to do was heal and give plasma and look at their surroundings for them in Queen-O-Vision.

At the end of the day, a successful round is a hit or miss. Don't let one or two bad ones discourage you from enjoying a very fun and rewarding role.

Queen can be a very fun and rewarding role, providing that the team works together. If you have your ovulator, make sure to always emit pheromones and stay in queen view. I played my first two queen rounds in a while back to back and its a role I look forward to playing again.

had my first game as queen last night the alamo crash on the worst posible place all of the marines charge at it our queen trys to kill then but its a mess and dies only survivors were like 5 or 8 xenos with 1 boiler and one pre i was the only drone alive evolve charge screach i kill some of then we were on the brig and i just keep charging at then and slowly we star to kill then the guy playing spec sniper was killing it till i kill hin and a gib a piro then in came the mercs but it was to late all marines were dead or infected in the end we pull a close win fron the abyss of defeat it was fucking awsome

if you're a Queen who just screeched a group of Marines and are slashing 1, don't bother trying to kill the 1
just slash each nearby one once, instead of using up all those slashes on a single marine

a single queen slash is enough to send most marines into nearcrit, or remove a limb, and if you slashed 5+, fracturing some of them, they're going to be pretty busy for awhile just trying to heal

as opposed to killing just 1, while the rest shoot at you, and they drag back their dead marine to get defibbed

First time i was ever Queen was when the benos were losing. Ended up dying 5 minutes later from the bunch of marines we captured breaking out.

Needless to say i've never been Queen since.

I was one of the only drones, the other two wanted to be carriers because hugger combat was in full force.

Queen died somewhere alone because she didnt believe in standing still and/or talking to us at all.

I evolve, become Queen and decide rushing through engineering and pushing up from cargo would be a viable attack strategy as per recommendations from other, more skilled, xenos.

I'm dumping eggs and we're making a come back. Suddenly my walled in pen is breached, my personal plasma drone is immediately butchered by a fucking predator.

I call for help that never arrives, then I attack. This is before the Queen got all those neat buffs so my screech lasted exactly one second before he decided he was gonna lose and detonated. I was too slow and too young to escape the blast.

Total alium loss about ten minutes after that.

My first time playing queen was when I had to play as the hive's 3rd or 4th queen by evolving from drone. Absolutely disgusting display from the other queens, they tried to play like Ravagers.

It was pretty uneventful. We got stomped as we were already surrounded on all sides of Lambda. My final mandate was to break through their defence to the east and run away into the caves. My xenos did that and got through with no casualties, but I got caught at the fringe of a spec grenade spam and ate like 7-8 of them before getting gibbed.

I'm almost certain that there were Preds or something fucking us over too, Xenos kept dying in the strangest ways.

Ok, the first time I was a queen was a bit ago but I will try and remember the LAST time I fucked up terribly as a newb queen. The map was big red. The hive had just grown out of control, terrorizing the helpless colonists and no one could decide amongst themselves who would rule. So here comes along me, I took up the offer to get some experience. In previous rounds, I had seen Queens base at the locked up research center all the way west of the map. When I evolving into a Queen, I wanted to make a hive their, because it seemed like a hidden meta spot no one was picking for all it's worth. But, I was on the ENTIRE west side of the map and I was a Queen already. By the time I got there, no one had been gatherings hosts and everybody was dancing and meming while i desperately tried to get things under control. No one would listen. And things went down hill from there. In short, my dunga was ungad.

Eh. first time I did queen, people said I did pretty good. I had to unovi because marines were on my door with about 14 xeno's left and I completely changed the tide of the battle due to me knowing how to play charger. Leadership could use some work for me but when I'm fighting I do it right. Normally though wait until empress before fighting as I did not it made some xeno's salty till I proved them wrong. all in all. Study before you play leadership roles and learn certain strats. once you get things down make your own strats and find unique ways to play.

My first time as a queen was in the Almayer, I was a drone hiding and then I had the chance to become Queen and took it. The second I became queen there were like 3 marines outside waiting for me and I just ran my way towards them gloriously, hoping to do some good queen maint memes when it happened.... I was using gut instead of screech to screech them.
