How to make a Heinz paranoid 101

Step one: achieve a name labeler
Step two: begin operation vice-verosa
Step three: grab Ushanka and the Marine Law and stunbaton
Step four: label Marine Law as, "Communist Manifesto," and the ushanka as, "The Communist Regime," and the stunbaton as, "The People's Will."
Step five: locate the wild Heinz you wish to make paranoid
Step six: show Heinz the, "Communist Manifesto," and, "The Communist Regime,"
Step six: enjoy
Step seven: repeat with any tools you find and can label

[OPTIONAL]
Step eight: actually join UPP who are invading the ship
Step nine: tell everyone it is safe to defect as marine gets butchered behind you

One improvement that can be done here. Make colonists or squad marines shouting "workers of the world, unite".

I was getting a higher caliber pistol from req and contemplated hunting down the UPP Spy onboard the Almayer.
