tried both dual magnum and dual SMG, xenos fear the SMG a lot since they will see a shitload of bullets coming their way.

I did this before. The main problem I had was dropping one of your revolvers and reloading being a pain. Keep in mind that you won't have the consistent DPS to put most xenos down so you're better off trying to take down the ones that already got wounded by other marines.

For attachments, I'd recommend a RDS on both revolvers and that's all you need really besides save some fancy ammunition.
Troublesome, as usual.

I only ever keep a revolver for when I inevitably get captured and hugged. Then I pull out my knife and revolver, before going on a small rampage that usually ends with me getting gibbed by the queen or an equally bullet-sponge xeno after missing a lot and stabbing a runner or something... I say you might as well give it a try and see what happens.

No one is gonna give you even one barrel charger for your silly gimmick revolver and you can't even suppress a revolver.

Yes you can
You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. You are not Brett Kimple, and you never will be. You are not the reason why I regular MP.

Really?
Considering that IRL it's impossible except for a select few revolvers I assumed you couldn't, the wiki also says you can't.
I will admit I haven't tried to suppress a revolver in game since I assumed it was impossible.

Surpessors can't be attached, recoil compensators can.

Yeah I knew you could put a compensator but not a suppressor, you could probably get 2 compensators from the RO.

Akimbo Revolvers seems like a weird gimmick, though it seems Akimbo SMGs seem more viable.

Can confirm dual SMGs are robust as fuck. One time I killed a wounded crusher, hunter, and runner all within 15 seconds of each other.

Dual revovlvers? Not so much. Even a pistol seems useless. I've seen people empty an entire clip into T2's and do almost no damage. Sidearms only use seems to be for scaring away the weaker T1s.

Not like anyone ever uses them anyway, so there is literally like a hundred of them in stock laying about.

It's a valid strategy, but it isn't practical on its own. You won't be hitting your target with sufficient accurately, and recently, I think the click delay was increased.

I've run dual revolvers as RO when we got boarded. Honestly it's great fun, but it's something you should only do when you're able to run fast otherwise the ayys will just shake off your damage before you can catch up with them.

Other than that, putting a BC on a revolver is obscenely stupid, and if someone ever does that shit early round they are a shitter. The only person I could ever fathom actually having BC's on their revolver are the RO after aliens crash, or the CO, and I even strongly object to the CO having one unless aliens are going to crash soon.

BCs are more geared for guns that already have a low rate of fire and don't need accuracy (the M37A2 is the ONLY GUN that fits those qualifications) and even then, you fucked yourself with those other major downsides. A BC on a revolver doesn't need to be explained, a BC on any gun is a bad idea.

I think I'd lose it if I saw a marine fire off two full revolvers, throw them both at a xenos and then whip two more out and continue like it's his day to day.

Since akimbo smg is the real shit apparently, what do you use for that? I'd assume RDS on both of them at burst fire, think you'd need to reserve your belt space for ammunition so you don't run out in 10 minutes.

It is widely used technique. Some armed policemans carry as much as 8 revolvers in bag. IRL it gives at least 5 seconds advantage in firefights. So i see no reason why not abuse something that REAL LIFE 2017 POLICE uses.
