Not really. Yesterday I died and marines stole my gear because I got knocked out from shrapnel. The pred was probably going to the sulaco to retrieve the stolen gear.

In general the games I played yesterday were terrible. I played​ three rounds yesterday and the SLs were just bad.
I ended that night more then a little salty.

Edit: to clarify two SLs lost there squad to bad/no orders on their part. They were too busy trying to capture the booze, I kid you not.

For some backstory on this:

I was the pred, pmcs got spawned mid round to track me down and obtain my equipment, either by killing or subduing me. While i was having a nice fight with them i lost connection, and when i got back in the game the pmcs had captured me, wisely cuffed me, and removed all my gear and put it in a bodybag in the rasp to bring to the cl. I managed to escape and uncuff myself, then ran onto the rasp just in time to attempt to retrieve my equipment. I exploded in the rasp while it was flying as i was naked and armed only with my wrist blades, and the pmcs were on board. All the equipment and most pmcs were destroyed, and apparently one of the rasp shutters too. On the plus side, my bracer and head survived the explosion, so the cl got both.

Despite the fact the rasp was quite literally a death trap, marines still boarded it and flew down 3 times, but none survived the journey. 30 or so marines went on the wild ride, but none returned (alive)

bear in mind the pmcs get stun batons and cuffs, so they could have potentially subdued me or knocked me out again while on the rasp and returned with an even greater prize.
