USCM Hand to Hand Combat?

So what is the way to go when locked in Fisticufs against both Xeno Scum and more importantly Humans?
Harm Intent punch his ass to death?
Disarm and push him to the ground?
Strangle? Break? Throw? Combination?
Give me your best hand to hand combat advice Please

-Disarm does nothing against xenos.

-Grabbing a xeno will get you stunned.

-Harm intent is the only way to go.
