How long has it been since you've sat with yourself when you die a horrible death by xenos, and rather than just salt it out think of why are the marines losing most of the rounds. Well, If you're too lazy of an Airhead to find it for yourself I've spared you the shenanigans of that to present you...
The Elements of Domination!
Now then, Let's begin with the Elements of Winning for Xenomorphs
The Element of: Surprise
► Show Spoiler
You guessed it, It's the element of surprise. Most of the time Xenomorphs stalk you from the shadows, waiting for the best time to surprise you with a tail to the face! Or a Cheeki Runner hiding under a table or a barricade to tackle you and slash the fuck outta your pretty face. It's sad but that's what makes the Xenomorphs so deadly, they are the masters of assassination
The Element of: Place
► Show Spoiler
When you're assaulting Xenomorphs, you have to go into their hive, so get ready to be tackled and hugged from a chokepoint. Or probably get your face mangled by a Ravager charging down a small corridor or a hallway, and don't even bother trying to shoot the Xenomorphs, their resin walls are EVERYWHERE and your magazine will be emptied on hitting the resin wall instead. Oh, and did I mention the sticky resin? Fun fact: They paralyze you for a second or so if you move on them and, surprise surprise, the whole damn hive is full of it and unless you have a flamethrower you won't be able to push the Aliens.
The Element of: Regeneration and Durability
► Show Spoiler
Oh, and if all that doesn't bother you in the slightest, the regeneration of the Aliens are Superb to say the least especially when there's a drone emitting pheromones of recovery. Ugh, It hurts so much when you unload a buttload of Bullets at a Crusher but then he comes back in a few seconds with a big BANG! The big Tiers of Aliens are also a pain in the ass to kill due to their wealthy share of health and armor, and when the Guard Pheromones are pumpin' they are almost immortal.
The Element of: Darkness
► Show Spoiler
Yea, I hate it too. How many times did the alien you were shooting at run off into the darkness and you can't do shit about it other than emptying your magazine at the direction it ran off to hoping it will down him. That's not gonna happen, and that's what makes the Xenomorphs all so spoopy and hard to kill.
Now that we are done with that let's move on to the Elements which could lead to the winning of Marines "IF" they actually make use of it, and to your surprise marines have more opportunities to win the round than the Xenomorphs, and you will find out right now.
The Element of: Commandment ship
► Show Spoiler
It's the most and foremost Important Element of all. As a wise man once said a boat with two captains will drown, but what if there are tons of captains to the boat and are silly 12 year old kids trying to look cool killing aliens? Yea, no dice. You never judge command if the mission fails unless they aren't giving out objectives and keeping an eye on the Marines' reporting, because the players can go "GTFO Command, I ain't sitting in this shit hole of a FOB while others go and fite Ayys" or "I'm too good to be flanking these xenos, imma show dem my robust skillz and go full ham". Yea, that never goes well. Most people who choose command roles are so focused on it and try their best to make the best possible outcome and If you actually follow them you MUST win the Battle, no exceptions.
The Element of: Surprise
► Show Spoiler
These cheeki ayys tink dey are too smert 4 my awesum suprize skillz? oh ya betta berieve dats wrong! Marines could also have the advantage of surprise over the Aliens sometimes, like setting up a mine or a sentry under a box of flares or a paper scrap. (Yes, the paper scrap can actually hide the sentry. I don't know if it changed though) Or Flanking the Aliens from other entrances to their Hive because most of the drones are too lazy to setup proper defenses all over the hive, so make good use of that.
The Element of: Bravery
► Show Spoiler
You heard it, grow a pair of balls and fucking charge into the nasty beast's Hive! No war is won without losses, and most marines are concerned about their life so that they look cool as shit when they get out alive after killing a bunch of aliens and want to have fun being alive all the round to taste glory and all that shit. But those who actually risk their lives and go in full ham inside the aliens' hive, they are the Glorified ones! Not only their disrupt their lines but also deal considerable damage and if followed up by an assault It will be Fatal.
The Element of: Fire Power
► Show Spoiler
Marines obviously surpass the Aliens in both Damage dealing, Range and Defenses. But what makes them not reach the full potential of this is that because the Aliens tend to run away before dealing the final blow, or the darkness because marines can't shoot what they can't see.
The Element of: Man Power
► Show Spoiler
This is the final Element of winning against these skunks of ayys. The marines ALWAYS outnumber the Xenomorphs by like 3 or 4 times! Plus there is always new marines spawning in as others die making a nice flow of soldiers until the Aliens breach the ship and kill some of it's crew. If marines were to actually charge in without fear and going full force on these aliens (We discussed that in the Element of Bravery) they would no doubt take them out in a matter of minutes. But don't get too cocky, there are aliens with AOE attacks that will fuck your day up, like the Queen and Boiler, so try to wait for the Queen and Boiler to fire their AOE attacks first then charge in, these two are useless without it.
Now I've done my duty as a loyal guinea pig and gave you the main tips of survival, whether you follow it or not it's your choice. But I would really hate if the aliens get 1 in a millionth chance to breach Almayer because it would ruin the fun for MPs and other Ship RP crew, so try not to be too strict about it ;)

Having an SL place an OB under a flare box with their helmet nearby during a retreat. Watch as the xeno don't notice and get sent straight to ASS BLAST USA by an SO keeping an eye on the helmet cam.
