Simple, screenshot medals that were given at the end of the round and post them here.

We'll use this as an archive so the greatest achievements noticed by our commander's shall not be forgotten.

I got mine right in the signature.
Squad Marine Alastair 'Yorkie' Kent is awarded the bronze heart medal: 'This standard marine was shot in the mouth and head while defending the front line of the Nexus against the enemy forces. This medal recognizes all those who were killed and wounded by friendly fire. His wounds are a small price to pay to keep the USCM strong. Issued by CMDR Carson'.

I myself sadly have no screenshot, but I do recall getting a medal for being a hard working RO... In 3 different ROUNDS, from 3 different COMMANDERS.

I swear, it almost felt like a meme, and at the same time was jarring that I managed to get several medals for simply doing my job. If good ROs are that rare, that is a bit distressing.

Rain got one for chasing around a drone as RO. It was funny because she was panicking, trying to protect the CTs and peeps.
