10/10 Baby.

When Chen makes it out of the marines he's got a lot of work he needs to get busy doing.

As per his backstory Disco as a genre of music popular in the mainstream lives and dies based on whether or not its King is alive and active on the dance floor. So Chen's gotta get to work like it's the third Lord of the Rings movie and show the whole of the human controlled galaxy that the King has returned and Disco is BACK baby.

Also aside from the whole, "Bringing an entire genre of music back from the dead for the second time in history like he's Disco Jesus" he really wants to open a super small little bar named Valhalla with his girl Luna on his home world of Mars or on some space station somewhere. He'll name it Valhalla because it'll be dedicated as a place to drink for all those friends and comrades who never made it off the many colonies they all fought and bled on. I'm thinking a small place with some smooth calm but still funky music playing in the background while we serve drinks to 3-4 people at a time, maybe some arcade machines set up on one end. But somewhere to the side a special table will be set up that'll always be empty. It'll have a plaque embedded in the middle of it with the names of every marine they both knew that'll never get the chance to sit down and join them for a drink.

Should there ever be a timeline that Luna dies and Chen doesn't get himself killed through the rest of his deployment he'd be a total 4/10 and just crushed. He'd probably give up the legacy of the DiscoKing's and probably be down to join Jester's "Crimson Crusaders" Freelancer team as totally going to name it that for him (Your welcome for that, it's on the house). Killing slavers and pirates till either the day he dies or grows old and wise enough to quit and find some disciple to train to once again bring Disco back like some sort of shit you'd see in some anime bullshit.
Chen "DiscoKing" Westinton Proud recipient of the "Realest Nigga on the Bloc" Award. My Dossier, it's good. Trust me. Read it.
Secondary Objective: Stay Safe, Stick Together, Kick the ass of anything that might need an ass kicking. If you find any booze bring it up to CIC for me please.
Not everyone who lost their life on Space Nam' died there. Not everyone who came home from Space Nam' ever left there.

If Taegan ever survived the first encounter by some crazy odds, he'd probably integrate relatively poorly.
Taegan MacCarthy was never a super bright or brave fella, he worked as a cook until he joined the marines, and only joined to get some cash.
I'd rate a 4. He'd maybe end up a criminal (con man, muscle, whatever) a bouncer at a bar, perhaps a mercenary, or he'd slowly let the alcohol and cigarettes have their fun and kill him.
Taegan ‘mouth’ MacCarthy!

Jast would probably try his hand at civilian law enforcement or security and wash out after being held to standards and supervision. He'd then become a PI where he would do a mediocre job of tracking people down and often arriving too late to bring anyone good news. He'd either be killed by stumbling into something he shouldn't have or his life of smoking, drinking, and diet of coffee and donuts catching up with him. I'd give him a 5, its more less what would have happened if he never left the corps in the first place.

Boris would return home and within a week get off his tits on distilled ethanol and die trying to hunt a bear with a knife shirtless in the siberian winter.

Officer corps Anna: 4/10

Even after the current events on LV-624, and even after the guilt of seeing some good friends die, Anna would continue to be an officer in the USCM for as long as possible with a constant hope.

Now, i can write at VERY LONG LENGTH about what happens after; but seeing as this is not really the place... I'll just say that Anna would gun for the rank of Captain with ambitions of the rank of rear Admiral, even if she is satisfied with the command of her own Conestoga. Let's say ... She develops signs of dementia and is diagnosed with PTSD down the line, and gets honorably discharged, in her mid 60s.

Anna would come back to being a civilian with a lot of qualifications, and lot of money - she has a lot of options in theory. But She would just adopt a kitty, and promptly become a recluse - trying to recover contacts with her peers and friends; Which could possibly be, among others but the most trusted, Willian Crimson, and Kyomi Sin'va, who'd be the only ones to keep her encroaching dementia at bay. Locked in her own home, on Mars.

She would never really be able to re-integrate even with her witty and boisterous way of being. She just knows and has seen too much - knowing the existence of the xenomorphs and Yautja, fought too hard, and lost too much - to loose it all to a twist of fate, AGAIN. And without her friends, her regiment, and her crew; she would sink into paranoia. Only lessened by a beloved cat, and the contact with those she knows. Surrounding herself with as many friends as she can. Even getting in touch with her now old brother.

This could get better or worse with time. But she'd probably be known as 'that weird, old, rich, and friendly cat lady who never leaves her house, and has a massive custom revolver'.

Am i doing this right, guys?

Depending on what he saw and what his job was, David Rooder would either return to his position on some other colony/ship and trust the W-Y psychiatrist that convinced him it was all a cryo-dream, or immediately go off the grid and start running with hardcore drug pushers and gun smugglers. Maybe even join up with the CLF if the W-Y involvement was clear enough.

"I am still a captain, see?! I have an army of KITTIES!! This is my battalion!"

She said, picking up a helpless tabby cat and holding them gently up on her arm, holding its forelegs, like a gun. Grinning like a huge dork.

"Have you never heard of the 1st Feline Assault Cavalry!?"

The old captain said, giggling hysterically at her own stupid joke and wriggling her hips around rapidly.

"ATTACK MY KITTIES! ATTAAAACK! BRRRAT!! HAAA!"

They gestured dramatically with the young kitty she's holding, a single 'meow' exuding from the poor cat who was previously just sleeping.

Noah Werner (8) would probably fair rather well, either going on to work for a company doing construction or going back to school to get a degree in mechanical engineering, but he would struggle with suicidal tendencies and flashbacks from seeing his friends be dragged off.

8 to 6 I think.

Joe is already a dad, so he'd have the support of his kids, the largest issues for him would be recovering from guilt of people dying under his command and his dead wife.

As for Judith, I'd say a 9. She is still wet behind the ears, so she'd be hardly affected.

Well, seeing as Alyssa has a ring on her finger, she'd round out to 7 to 9. She'd never forget the good men and women in the Corps, as well as the people that deployed with her or reinforced during the Round, but she'd do her best to not let any of their losses be her own in an effort to move on while making sure she would remember them while maintaining as little guilt as humanly possible.

Julian J the Jools is a little more adjusted to marine life than civilian. Plus, I personally don't think he survives his service tours.

If he did, I'd give him a solid 6/10. He'd go back and open up that auto repair shop in New York that he always wanted, but combat would leave him always paranoid and never totally like his old self. PTSD's a bitch.
