Very well made. When I take equipment for being a 'savior' class marine I usually prefer having a gyro shotgun over an SMG. If xenos see a marine with a shotgun running towards them they'll usually run away a lot faster than if you had an SMG.

I prefer SMG for supressive fire as i am falling back also shooting someone with SMG when they stand up hurts far less then getting shot with Shotgun.

Pretty good post, I Usually go with something similiar to 'Balanced Unga Dunga'.
Could add a HPR/Battle Rifle loadout, Too.

Hm, never tried savior loadout, was always about muh valids... gonna try it out next time.

I usually as a marine try to rush ro and get railscope (havent figured out yetwhat another attachment works well with railscope) and just revolver for sidearm, along with firstaid and flare kits. Act as some sort of scout-fire support.
You can find me on the battlefield by the name "Liam Compton"
Regular positions - SL, Smartgunner, Spec

If you're acting as a stationary sniper, Take a bipod. If you're on the move, take a forward grip. Both can benefit from barrel chargers/Extended barrels if you can somehow get them

I usually snag a roller bed from medical if I want to be a 'saviour' marine.

Also, do you get pestered by MPs for your flamer loadout during briefing?

I liked how well done this guide is. Tomorrow, I pretend to test these loadouts.

Just put your flamer on your back and hold satchel in hands during the briefing Easy Peasy lemon squeezy.

Pretty much. It utilises minimal equipment from requisitions and easy to get hold of supplies to maximise combat efficiency. If you're feeling cheeky, you can always grab a Mini flamer and stick it on the shotgun as well, so can blockade a door with fire

Taking a pistol seems a bit iffy. RDS and AP mags may help stabalize it but even then.

Yeah it's not the greatest but it's meant to be a fallback weapon. It allows for a tactical reload still, and you can use it one handed.
You *could* use a gyro on a Pulse rifle, but that's if you get the gyro in the first place. Otherwise not much point having it as a back-up weapon.
Revolver you cannot tactical reload so after 7 shots, need someone else to help.
SMG you could, but that'd require the M39 holster strap or utilising the Scabbard for the back, which means less flares/food etc.

A QF on a pistol? Get a SMG holster and put it on it instead, or run with 2 main weapons and switch only during emergencies.

Going M4A3 with QF is waste of resources in my opinion.

Putting any attachments on a pistol is a waste of time

(Unless it's a Mateba, but that piece of machinery transcends pistols)

I do not wish to make one of these because I’m unsure how you make those Images shoe up, but I usually alternate four different loadouts and are sometimes blended.

Standard Gear (Generally the same, some push + shove)
► Show Spoiler
-M41A Marine-
► Show Spoiler
-Shotgun Unga-
► Show Spoiler
-Dual SMGs-
► Show Spoiler
-Flame Thrower-

Sometimes I blend the M41A with shotgun, m39 and incinerator

The problem with telling PFCs to not take any flare pouches or a satchel full of flare boxes is that then no one has any flares, other than that these are really good

I'm a boring soldier. I just grab the rifle, bayonet and rail light, revolver, 6 spare rifle ammos, 1 spare revolver quickload, my 2 pouches, and a shitton of flares. Then I get a forward grip and Skeleton stock from the req line if they have any left, after the specialists have had their turn so I don't take one from them if they need it, and finally I sit my ass in the breifing room, not causing trouble for anyone.

Oh and a pack of cigs and lighter on my helmet. If I survive to the last cigarette I consider it an coomplishment.

Why the Skeleton stock? You don't like the firerate, so you prefer shooting ultra slowly?

heres an interesting loadout:

Armor: splints and a tricord injector

Pockets: flare pouch and first aid pouch

Helmet: double stale ass protein bars

a knife in yo goddam boot

backpack: 1 or 2 buckshot boxes and the rest is all slugs

Shotgun shell rig: mostly slugs

Weapon: heres the interesting part, a M37 shotgun with Harness+Stock+Bayonet, you will mostly use slugs for medium range and long range, and once the enemy is in close range or if you stun with ur slugs or maybe cant afford to shoot you go to TOWN with your stock+bayonet, it hits like a goddam truck

Tips: NEVER EVER missclick yourself or anyone with stock+bayonet shotty, it can one hit fracture or even delimb
