Hello everyone, welcome to this new episode of "I want you to think the way I think, but I suggest it instead of telling you what to do, to feel better about myself, but also to make you get my point of view without me being a jerk" !
These loadouts won't deal with Heavy Weapons, as I dislike issuing SLs with them (as RO, unless maybe the Battle Rifle) and dislike using them as SL, because you need to be flexible and switch between leadership and marine mod quite often.
Clothing/Armor/Pouches :
- Your regular B12 armor and helmet. It's a bit better than a regular marine armor, but if you lose it, you are not losing a B18 armor, so replace it easily.
- Your large mag pouch for your M41 needs.
- Your large general pouch.
- Your webbing.
- Medhud : ask to your medics. Solid shit to assess the operational status of your squadmates.
- A backpack not a stachel (you need space).

Agressive/Independant playstyle
You cannot go shotgun, as a SL, for the reason of not being on the frontline at every second. But, you need enough firepower to replace your falling marine, or to enforce a push.
► Show Spoiler
Main Weaponry : Pulse Rifle M41 Mk2
Attachments loadouts available :
- M249 Saw : RDS/BFA/EB : strong burst, very good accuracy. Solid for taking out Ravagers if you load AP on it. You have a light/slow M249 playstyle with 5 bullets burst shitstorm to take down T1s and T2s. Be careful when FFing, you can take down your own men easily.
- Badass : QF/EB/Masterkey : the strongest loadout I just found. Heavy firerate with single fire to bring a steady DPS on your target, yet, the ability to open and clear corners with a buckshot (yeah, weaker than an actual shotgun, but still very very good).
- The Classic : RDS/EB/UGL : the classic when low RO attachments, or if you want to keep the UGL.
Secondary weaponry : M4A3 with railflashlight, load with AP. (No holster, directly on the waist. ==> Why ? Because I say Independant playstyle. If you're on point, you need the extra lighting tile to spot the nasty xeno from a afar and be ready to dodge). Moreover, it's quite decent, with AP loaded, to deal with T1s during emergencies or breakfree-nest (or to commit suicide if you know about the chestbursters and you know you can't be saved : WARNING DO NOT POWERGAME/METAGAME THAT SHIT ==> Only rely on IC acquired information).
What to put inside what ?
- B12 armor : OB and AP mag or Buckshot handful of slugs if you go with Masterkey.
- B12 helmet : one throwing knife and one protein bars (or 2 proteins bars).
- Boots : your life saver survival knife.
- Large mag pouch : M41 mags.
- Large general pouch : Tac binos, 1 nade, 1 AP mag. (Specific : if you have pill bottles, take a bandage in your general pouch to stop bleedings. Therefore, replace the nade or the AP mag.)
- Webbing : pill bottles if you go light triage medic, if not first aid shits, empty a first aid kit and put the shits in your webbing. Feel free to upgrate to Trauma and Burn kits by asking to medics, or by looting on the battlefield.
- Backpack : 2 to 3 Supply Beacons (try to hand one to one of your squaddies or Spec), your C4, one buckshot box (if you go with masterkey), and the rest filled with M41 mags and spare nades.
You have to understand that your backpack is used when you have time to breath, and refill your large mag pouch, general pouch, or armor set with your extra ammo.
Possibility : replace the M4A3 with a M276 ammo rig belt, yet, you lose visibility and therefore pushing ability (as you'll need your marines to push and won't be able to assess faster tactical situations). But, you gain shitload of ammo for being operational for a longer period.

Defensive/Full teamplay :
You are playing
like a pussy like a reasonable person and trying to stay outta the heat of the battlefield. You can defend yourself and cover your mates. Your objective is to rely on OBs and CAS more than fighting directly.

Main weaponry : Pulse rifle M41 Mk2
Attachments loadouts :
- Marksman : Scope/BFA/Suppressor : Great accuracy given by the scope, solid DPS given by the BFA, light accuracy and control by the suppressor. (Skelestocks are for pussies, really, you shit on your firerate by taking that for being a marskman, that, just for an extra bit of control on your spread and accuracy).
- The Classic : RDS/EB/UGL : Same shit as above, it's a realy standard, yet, really good loadout on its own. Very good accuracy for 3 bullets burst and failproof single fire mod.
Secondary weaponry : not needed. (Why ? You mostly depend on your squaddies to cover you, and you cover them from afar, relying on your marksman loadout and/or OB, CAS and leadership). Therefore, take a M276 ammo rig to improve your ammo durability on the field.
What to put inside what ?

As you have the M276 ammo rig, you can even take the Motion Detector and use it, while staying within a protective layer of human shields within your squad protection.

Personal notes :
- The spare B12 armor set, unless you intend to cryo during the round, hand it to one of your squaddies.
- The Motion Detector, hand it to one of your marines, it's too situational to be useful, and takes too much space.
- The incinerators/fuel tanks, hand them to your squad. You're not a Weapon Specialist, keep the flamers for your pointmen, you're not here to do their job. (Moreover, good PFCs are not burdened by the leadership weight and comms shits. They can do a better job than you at robusting Xenos, therefore, a good PFC with Incinerator/Pulserifle or Incinerator/Shotgun can do miracles on the battlefield, while you can't do that).
- Gasmask : because with the medhud, you're fucking really tacticool. It's like a Spec Ops. Serisouly. It's so badass.
- Don't be afraid by the lack of secondary weapons. You're not a PFC, let the heavy killing to them. If you lose your weapon, the standard vanilla Pulse Rifles are very good, do not be afraid by losing your weapons, vanilla shits are good enough to do the job.
