Basically this, and also the fact that you have to memorise pill bottles anew every round.

Bonus points if they swap completely fucked up marine who's waiting medevac on a stretcher for one who can still fight.

Also when doctors send you tools for surgery. Lazy civilians, you literally have ONE job and you want field medics to do it for you.
