A Template for Dossiers Ya'll seem to Love

I made a Dossier with a template I created and people seemed to love it, so I'm posting it here. Anything with the word "default" means it was something tied to my personal dossier and I removed it for general use. Take it if you please, I just thought it would be appropriate to put it somewhere where more people could see/access it with ease, as my dossier doesn't get straight to the point of the template.
