Some asshole LT kills all of Delta and charlie squad with a Mortar, It narrowly misses me and I get real cocky and reload my gun when out of nowhere we get rushed by a Charger, Boiler And a Screamer. Charger knocks me down and drags me back while the other marines are stuttering on the floor being suffocated by neurotoxin because of the Autistic Screeching of that ungodly bug.

The stuff here just about sums up every FML moment that's ever happened, but I remember getting the ol' neurotoxin, getting back up to run and being set on fire by a baldie with an incinerator, before he just watches my burning body be dragged away by the spitter, worst part was that I didn't burn to death, just got nested on the other side of the river cause mureens were in retreat mode.

Poor command decisions lead to us wandering around aimlessly in prison station for half the round. Moment we encounter contacts, we're in literally the worst spot imaginable (A ton of corners of reinforced walls). We're cut off from any allies and have a ravager to the north, boiler to the south, queen to the west, and a wall to the east. After attempting to set the halls on fire to keep the aliens from overrunning us, a queen screech and a boiler acid later and the entire squad is now on fire, the ravager is running in, and someone dropped a grenade in the middle.

Well, i once had this queen round where we made it to the sulaco, and i rushed into briefing since all marines were there, i didnt break a wall or a window, i entered through the sec door, and when i was pulling back because of how hot it was in there, some muhreen closed the door behind me locking me up with a bunch of angry muhreens ready to shoot the shit out of me.

Wew, be me Ancient Runner, Fighting headhunter and get hit by a hunter trap and limp off while the queen and a rav try to murder it.

Start removing the hunter trap, 40 seconds in aaand boom. Surprise Muhreen rush straight into me, manage to limp 2 tiles before exploding from getting DUNGA'd by 4 marines.

Defending SD as XO. Am on heavy smartgun. Don't realize it has no FF detection. Fuck up like 3 people in front of you, can't figure out how to switch to full auto and no admins/mods know either who are on. End up single-firing the whole time as I hold the rear and managing not to shoot more friends but we get wrecked by the aliens while people scream at me to turn on burst. SD is literally one button away and clearly the advantage of burst would have made the difference. FML.



ALSO

Be SO and accidentally carpetbomb most of the Marines and get perma-brigged for it. Spend round RPing person who has no idea how to deal with the magnitude of their stupidity and generally being thorn in CO's side by collaborating with sympathetic MPs who refused to execute me because it was a mistake and I was clearly freaking out. End up devoured by aliums after MPs arm you while people are calling for my head over general comms.
