The last Prison round was painful to watch. Yes, it was down to only the Queen left at one point. But squads of 1, 3, 2, 5, 6, 5, 4 marines achieves nothing but feeding the hive.
Wait for more marines, get coms up, get nades.

And at one point, they did release hosts from nests but they just kept chasing the Queen. And being a squad of 4, they soon got recaptured.

Also kudos to GoliathTheDespoiler was the Ancient Empress (SURVIVED)

I was the SO (aCO) that round. It was painful to watch, especially after the Bioscan announced that we only had 2 Xenos left. Watching the boys run into that little hall and getting screeched and pounced on by 2 Xenos was hilarious in its own right though lol.

How'd he have AP that late in the round? Or was he just hoarding all the AP and avoiding the fight by standing well behind the fight?

Happens again, LV west cave (the room with engraved walls) this time. And instead of a lone Queen, there were 9 xenos. Still, marines venture out (command kept yelling to do so) in groups of 6, 5, 5, 4, 3, feeding the hive 16 hosts in total.
The total Xeno casualty to these pushes was... a Young Drone caught out of position during the first push.
Then came a push of 8 (2+6, and few joined later), they successfully rescued the marines (Charlie SG MVP) and routed Xenos to Jungle Temple while marines drag the wounded back. To their horror, they can only to watch them burst on the way back.

Xeno won at the end.
