- Key, time saving drugs like combination Imidazoline + Alkysine (one stop shop for eye/brain damage repair; 3 : 1 ratio, Imidazoline to Alkysine is best) and 20U Oxy + 2U Paracetamol +2U Spaceacillin (for fast surgery) are rarely made.
- A proper cryomix is rarely prepared: 60U: (10U Cryoaxadone, 10U Cloneaxadone, 10U Imidazoline, 10U Iron, 5U Peridaxon, 5U Alkysine, 5U Dexalin Plus, 5U Spaceacillin) or 120U (use buckets from the autolathe): (10U Cryoaxadone, 10U Cloneaxadone, 10U Tricordrazine, 10U Bicaridine, 10U Dylovene, 10U Dermaline, 10U Kelotane, 10U Imidazoline, 10U Iron, 5U Quickclot, 5U Paracetamol, 5U Peridaxon 5U Alkysine (slow metabolism rate), 5U Dexalin Plus, 5U Spaceacillin)
- Cryo is rarely utilized as a direct result of #2.
- Cryo coolers are constantly and needlessly set to an energy annihilating 1 degree kelvin (50K is fine).
- Medibots are rarely made.
- MedVends are kept in their poorly accessible default places.
- Robolimbs are rarely pre-produced (keep one of each on hand at all times; tell the MTs/CTs to fill them with metal).
- A spare surgery kit is often not ordered (even when it would prove beneficial).
- Lazy doctors insist on doing all their surgeries via Autodoc (or don't do them at all). Even on manual this thing is slow as hell; have them actually do their damn job and do the surgeries themselves; Autodoc is there to help manage excess patients as a last, and not first resort.
- Lazy doctors don't pick up patients from the lobby/dropships.
- Lazy doctors don't perform surgery with spare surgery kits outside of the theatres as necessary (use roller beds, Oxy + Inaprovaline/Paracetamol/Tramadol).
- Bad CMOs don't authorize obviously beneficial medicines.
