Who is the best Staff Officer?

I'll start. Alan Jones is objectively the best SO. He's there to be the squad Marines best friend, rather than enemy and he doesn't micromanage like its a pro game of sc2.

From all the regulars SO's, I'd say Alan Jones.
He has good relationships with all marines, and he maintains cohesion.
He also saved me a lot from MP's.

I'm very undecided, Elizabeth Nightingale and Alan Jones are awesome SOs, so good that they reached a point of cohesion but I still take Elizabeth because I had more rounds with her than Alan Jones and I don't have enough knowledge to judge Alan.

I don't really notice SOs as a boot, but when playing XO I had the pleasure of meeting Nova Chapman, if I recall his name correctly. Excellent fella, understood his role and fulfilled it.

Alan Jones might be a good staff officer, but he has the big gay.

He's a good staff officer though, and does indeed have some good planning. Nightingale is often hindered by squad attachment, and the questioning of suicide-orders.
