I always double-treat, specially when I see other medics feeding pills, because I'm really helpful. Specially tramadol. Always feed tramadol pills. If they have enough drugs in their system they become immortal. And with tramadol they don't feel the broken bones so they can run around even if their chest is broken. It's very good.

Always double treat, just don't be retarded and use your scanner.

Listen to these guys, double treating is the way to go, if you work closely with a medic and you know the extra pills they have on hand you can heal people extremely quickly. There's points where you can even ditch the scanner, can't count how many times I've treated someone based on chat logs alone in an extreme situation, then when we get out of danger I give them a scan and I've already treated all the damage from that stomp. The biggest OD dangers are marines with self-injectors, and QC. Fucking QC pills are designed to cause ODs, but that's okay, since QC OD is easily treatable. Also, Parker not being in that Triforce image is both baffling and discrediting. Kesserline too.

the correct way to play medic is to spend all your points on oxycodone injectors and use your CPL rank to get a free BC at req. maybe snag a roller bed or two and use horizontal marines as meatshields

All joking aside, it's really a case by case basis. It's almost always safe to give inaprovaline pills since they don't react with dylov anymore, you can usually throw those in, as well as patch some wounds on someone else's patient before moving on.
