If only we could use this as an execution method... I've actually walked across one of these murderstacks with boots on before and the noise itself is torture.

Question, is it possible to stack so much glass that it causes the entire body to explode into gibs?

I believe it's somehow connected with that flowing damage system. Tho I don't get why damaged transferred while limbs still not lost.

If I ever get CMP, XO, or CO, I will order any execution or BE using this method.

Bonus points for scattering them along a path and making them walk the entire way. If they survive they get to go free. If they die, they can't be revived.

Thought experiment.

If a marine had robot feet, would the damage still happen?

It really shouldn't because the glass doesn't have skin to rip and tear. But it probably still will due to Byond.
Turns out you can walk on a pile of glass at least two pieces deep with no ill effects.

Therefore, Robot feet > regular feet.

Still a bit annoyed that the damage flows inward. Puts battlefield amputation out of the realm of possibility.

I like to imagine that every marine has an incredible intolerance for glass through an allergy, and when it gets into their bloodstream there's such a massive reaction that their body just gives up and falls apart.
