Anyone else think that sooner or later the synth players are gonna get the option to rebel against the crew?
Ffs they give orders without permission, they attack COs and strip them naked, they do things to different peeps

That is if you think they haven't already rebelled. Synth players are slowly ODing everyone on quickclot without us knowing, I'm sure of it. Do you really think there's that many "incompetent marines" that would "friendly fire" at eachother?

I think we had an event (a few months ago?) where the Almayer started with a half dozen synths and one of them was malf. I don't know all the details as I wasnt shipside that round, but it seemed like fun

Meh, too easy. If there's no easily identifiable signs between a normal synth and a rioting synth, you can just OD everyone that comes to you with something hideous, like QC. 16 pills mean at least 8 OD patients if you're trying to maximize the victim; or if you're trying to confirm the kill, just do 3 QC pills per person and that dude is probably dead as long as he's out of other doctors/medics sights. Do the same with Bicard, Kelo, Dylo, Dexalin, Peri, .... you get the idea. Most people won't recognize an OD until they've died anyway, or at least the people that haven't played a medical role before.

There was an event a few months back that was humans vs a few rogue synths on LV. The synths got their asses kicked unfortunately, partially due to one of them getting gibbed by admins for not following orders before the marines landed, giving marines access to their comms or something. Not a bad idea for an event honestly.

I played a rouge human killing synth in an event. I got aboard and convinced I was a top tier super robot from Wey Yu and offered to change the marines pay rates if they let me into Ares, they did and I deployed a Nuke on the hull blowing everyone up.
